  • 1932

    Tokujiro Nomoto succeeded in manufacturing hardened and tempered high carbon steel strip for safety razors and coiled springs in Japan that had been import products before this.


    He founded “Nomoto Manufacturing Co.,Ltd”

  • 1937

    Changed the company name into Osaka Heat-treatment Co., Ltd. Opened a new rolling mill.

  • 1950

    Tomiichi Nomoto took over management, as the second president.

  • 1961

    Tokyo sales branch was opened.

  • 1971

    Tokyo factory was founded as the production site for hardened and tempered steel strip with thin-thickness.

  • 1982

    Consolidated production of Tokyo factory into the main factory in Nishinomiya.

  • 1988

    Eiichi Nomoto joined the company and participated in management.

  • 1989

    Tokyo sales branch was moved to the current location.

  • 1995

    Invested into the joint venture in Taiwan, Phoenix Heat -Treatment CO.,LTD, as a base for starting oversea operations.

  • 1997

    Eiichi Nomoto took over management, as the third president.

  • 2005

    Consolidated production of the joint venture in Taiwan into the main factory in Nishinomiya.

  • 2022

    Kensuke Nomoto joined the company and participated in management.

    Obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification at the headquarters and Tokyo Sales Office.
